Catalina M.'s Experience

I’ve grown up around dogs and cats my entire life, so caring for animals has always come very naturally to me! I’ve had experience with pets ranging from tiny 7-pound dogs all the way up to dogs over 100 pounds. Before moving out, I had two little Maltipoos who I absolutely adored, and now I have four cats of my own who all have completely different personalities. I’m especially comfortable with cats, kittens, nervous or shy animals, and pets who need a little extra patience to warm up. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, basic training, grooming, nail trims, brushing teeth, and keeping up with each pet’s normal routine. I genuinely love animals and treat every pet I care for like one of my own.

A typical day

I currently work as a caregiver and am excited to branch out into pet care as well! Caring for others is a huge part of my everyday life, so I’m very attentive, patient, and comfortable following routines. When pets are with me, I love giving them plenty of attention, playtime, walks, cuddles, and enrichment while making sure feeding, potty breaks, medications, and any special instructions are followed. I have four cats of my own, so animals are already a big part of my daily routine. I’m also very comfortable with shy, nervous, or anxious pets and understand that sometimes the best thing you can do is give them time and let them warm up at their own pace. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away. 🐾❤️
