Absolutely incredible, direct, and thoughtful! I was super nervous about leaving my 3-year-old rescue pup, Luna, for a whole week while away for work. Luna has bad separation anxiety and can be pretty reactive around new people, so finding the right fit was huge for me. From our very first meet-and-greet, Christan was an absolute natural. She completely respected Luna’s boundaries, let her come to her at her own pace, and had so much patience. While I was away, Christan kept me totally at ease. I got daily photo and video updates (which genuinely made my day), detailed notes on walk times, and updates on how much Luna was eating. She even noticed a tiny change in Luna’s energy on day three and reached out immediately to ask about her routine—that level of attention to detail is so rare! I came home to a calm, happy, well-exercised dog, a spotless living room, and even a cute little handwritten note summarizing the week. I can’t thank her enough and will not choose anyone else!
