I’ve always loved animals and have experience caring for pets both at home and through my job as a veterinary assistant. At the animal hospital, I help care for dogs and cats by assisting with handling, cleaning, and making sure they are comfortable during their visits. I also have pets of my own, so I understand the importance of providing attention, exercise, patience, and a safe environment. Working with animals every day has helped me become confident, responsible, and comfortable around pets with different personalities and needs.

A typical day
It’s currently summer break, so my schedule is flexible. I work part-time as a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital, where I gain hands-on experience caring for animals. When I’m not working, I spend time at home with my own pets, go on walks, and enjoy outdoor activities. Because of my experience with animals and my flexible summer schedule, I’m able to provide attentive and reliable care for pets throughout the day.
