Overall a good experience with Tamara. She communicated on the app about my dog updates. She took pictures of my dog when submitting daily updates. She has a communal yard to take dogs out when doing their needs. She also took my dog for some walks during his stay. She was also provided description of the dog stool as stated. She stopped daily updates for 4 days and I had to follow up, but everything was OK. Punctuality the first time we met was not met at our expectation the first time we met, but nothing major. Tamara followed well all instructions. However, she missed to provide the probiotic daily. My dog was in a healthy condition when I picked him up. Thank you Tamara for taking care of Floyd.
