My Enrichment Playtimes (drop ins) follow a structured 60-minute protocol: 15 minutes of cognitive games to engage problem-solving skills, followed by a 30-minute purposeful walk for physical decompression, and concluding with 15 minutes of dedicated sniff time to allow for natural mental settling.
