From a young age of seven, I began volunteering at my local PetSmart under the supervision of my grandmother. Although, my love for animals was already well established. We constantly had pets in the house, from taking care of farm animals, to childhood pets I grew up with, and to especially the rescues taken in from the streets, abusive homes, and surrenders. Over time, we also assisted in rescuing multiple dogs from an animal hoarder situation. Unfortunately, we were unable to keep any more as our hearts were full and pockets were empty. One of my babies, Mittens, had a large wound on his neck and back from nervous scratching. I was responsible for changing his bandages, applying ointment, and giving medication. Another one of mine, Ari, I was responsible for training. I trained her in leash walking, potty training, and basic commands like heel, stay, play dead, and leave it.

Any general knowledge or rules would be greatly appreciated! I'm very adaptable, and have worked with all kinds of pets. If it's something I'm unfamiliar with, I will do extensive research until I can essentially teach a lesson in the topic.

As a soon to be college student preparing for the spring semester, I’m currently trying to save for both college expenses and medically necessary procedures. Since I chose to take a gap year, I have a very open and flexible schedule, allowing me to dedicate my time and attention to caring for your pets and home. Although I am managing personal medical needs, they will not interfere with my ability to provide reliable, attentive care as I treat your animals/home with the same love and responsibility I would my own.
