I have extensive experience with puppies, seniors, special-needs pets, medical conditions, behavioral challenges, anxiety, fearful and reactive animals, and pets who require extra patience, understanding, and specialized attention. I believe exceptional pet care means honoring each pet’s individual needs and maintaining the comforts of home. I follow pet parents’ instructions down to the smallest detail, from feeding schedules, medications, and potty breaks to favorite activities, sleeping arrangements, and bedtime rituals. Whatever your pet’s routine looks like at home when you’re there, that’s the routine I strive to recreate while they’re with me. I want them to feel secure, loved, and as comfortable as possible—not as though their entire world has suddenly changed. 🛏️ Kennel-Free, Comfort-First Care. My care is kennel-free unless otherwise requested. Dogs are welcome to sleep wherever they normally sleep at home. If your little one sleeps in your bed, they can sleep in my bed, too! If they prefer their own bed, a cozy blanket, or their favorite sleeping spot, I’m happy to accommodate them. My goal is to make their stay feel like a home away from home. 💕 Personalized Care, Unmatched Flexibility. I tailor every visit to your pet’s unique personality, routine, and comfort level. Some babies want walks and playtime, others prefer cuddles and company, and some just need a little extra patience to feel comfortable with someone new. I take the time to get to know each pet and make sure they receive the kind of care they’re used to at home. With 20 years of animal care experience, including rescue work and caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, I’m comfortable with everything from young puppies and kittens to seniors and pets with special needs or behavioral challenges. I’m a lifelong cat mom myself, and caring for animals has always been something that comes naturally to me. My experience goes beyond everyday pet care and includes animal rescue, rehabilitation, and sea lion training, which has helped me better understand animal body language and behavioral cues. I’ve cared for vulnerable animals, newborns, seniors, and pets requiring specialized or hospice care. I believe in looking beyond a behavior to understand what an animal may be communicating, and I approach each one with patience, compassion, and respect. I follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, whether that means meals, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medication as agreed upon, or simply keeping them company. I pay attention to the little things, too, because I know how important it is to notice when something seems different. I want your pets to feel safe, loved, and comfortable with me, not just looked after. I also want you to feel at ease knowing they’re getting personal attention and genuine care while you’re away. I’ll treat your babies with the same patience and consideration I’d want someone to give my own. Every pet is different, and getting to know them is one of my favorite parts of what I do. ❤️
