I grew up around dogs and cats mostly. I've lived on some farms in my youth with chickens, horses, and some rabbits. I'm capable of caring for the needs of dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. I can also care for small pets like rodents, reptiles, and birds. People have often described me as a kind of dog whisperer. Dogs of all shapes and sizes will warm up to me almost immediately when I walk into a room.

How do they handle being around other pets when taken on a walk? Are there any visual triggers you've noticed in your pet? (E.g. my childhood Rottweiler was a rescue from an abusive household and would get very aggressive towards men in uniforms, especially when they stood in doorways)

I'm a teacher who teaches Thursday nights with a very flexible schedule to tend to your pet's needs. I've grown up around many dogs, cats, and a variety of small animals including snakes, chinchillas, lizards, mice, and fish. I also care for my partner's dog on occasion when needed.
