Emily C.'s Experience
With over 10 years of pet care experience, including 2 years as a veterinary assistant, I bring expertise in CPR and first aid. I understand the needs of special needs pups, and bully breeds but any pup is welcome. I take owners' instructions of utmost importance and provide frequent photos. I am adept at reading body language as I learned in my veterinary training. I love each and every dog's personality and seeing them feel comfortable during their stay. Nervous pups are welcome as I have a quiet apartment with lots of walking spaces in my neighborhood and a dog park to play fetch.

I can’t say enough great things about Em care for Lulu. From the very beginning, they proved to be incredibly reliable—always on time, communicative, and consistent. It gave me real peace of mind knowing my pet was in such capable hands. What truly stands out is Em knowledge and genuine care. They clearly understand animal behavior and needs, and they take the time to ensure each pet feels comfortable, safe, and happy. My pet warmed up to them immediately, which says a lot. Beyond professionalism, there’s a real sense of compassion in everything they do. It’s obvious they don’t just see this as a job—they truly love and care for the animals they look after. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, attentive, and heartfelt pet care.
