Heather took wonderful care of our cat, Cheddar, and her doggie brother, Ziggy. They’re very bonded and don’t like being separated, so it was important to us that they stayed together and comfortable. She handled everything perfectly, including administering their daily medications, and made sure they both felt safe and cared for. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such capable hands. We would absolutely trust her again!

Heather was amazing with our rescue dog, Lola. She’s very fearful, especially around men, so we’re always cautious about who we leave her with. Heather was incredibly patient and understanding, and by the end of the stay, Lola had not only relaxed but actually adored her husband—which we never expected. That meant so much to us. We’re beyond grateful and would trust her again without hesitation.

Heather did a wonderful job caring for our puppy, Toby. He was still working on his potty training and had a few accidents, but she was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the process. She helped reinforce a better routine and was so caring with him. We could really see improvement, and it meant a lot to know he was with someone who truly understood how to work with puppies.
