Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I have 11 years of hands-on experience raising and caring for my own pug, Rudy, who was my best friend for 16 wonderful years. She taught me that pets aren’t “just animals.” They’re family, and that’s exactly how I’ll treat yours. My love for animals doesn’t stop with dogs. Growing up, I also cared for geckos and iguanas, and today I regularly spend time with my dad’s Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Pepper, and my sister’s Yorkshire Terrier, Zara. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. One thing that sets me apart is the amount of time and attention I can give your pet. I work remotely from home, so your pet won’t be left alone for long periods during the day. I also don’t have children, which means when your pet is with me, they are my priority. Whether it’s cuddles on the couch, long walks, playtime, belly rubs, or simply keeping them company, they’ll have my full attention. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my top priorities. I know every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, so I’ll follow your instructions closely, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, medications, exercise, crate routines, and any other special care or instructions they may need. I’ll also send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. My home is clean, calm, and pet-friendly. I have a private balcony with a secure privacy screen that helps prevent pets from accessing or slipping through the railing, adding an extra layer of safety while enjoying some fresh air. There’s also a dog park within my apartment community where your dog can get some exercise and playtime with your permission. If your dog enjoys walks or car rides and you approve, I’d also love to take them on fun outings like a trip to a nearby park for some extra enrichment and adventure. My goal is to make their time with me feel less like their family is away and more like they’re having their own little vacation. When caring for pets in your home, I’ll treat both your pet and your home with the same respect and care that I would my own. I want your pet to be able to stay comfortable in their familiar environment while still receiving plenty of love, attention, companionship, and care. I’m the kind of person who can happily spend hours talking to, playing with, cuddling, and loving on a dog. I genuinely enjoy their company. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and at home while you’re away. By the time you come home, my hope is that your pet has made a new best friend and that you have complete peace of mind knowing they were cared for like family.
