My life with animals started long before I made it a career. One of my very first jobs back in high school was working at a dog daycare owned by a close friend of my mom’s. I absolutely loved it—it’s where I first learned the ropes of managing different temperaments and, more importantly, how to build a bond with every pup that walked through the door. That early passion stayed with me when I moved to California for a few years, where I spent a significant amount of time dedicated to professional pet sitting and daycare. I’ve handled everything from high-energy puppies to seniors who just need a calm presence. Now that I’m back in the PNW running my own residential cleaning business, Dust & Dazzle Northwest, that foundation of trust is everything. My entire livelihood is built on being trusted alone in people’s private homes, so you can count on me to be incredibly respectful of your space and meticulous with your pet’s routine. On a personal note, I am a massive hiking and adventure enthusiast. I love nothing more than lacing up my boots to discover a new trail or local park, and I’d love to have your dog as my adventure buddy! And for the cat owners—don't worry, I’m just as happy providing the quiet companionship and 'indoor' playtime your cats crave. I am CPR and First Aid certified and treat every pet like family. Whether we're out on a trail or I'm keeping things secure at home, your fur babies are in the most capable, caring hands.

A typical day

If your dog is an adventurer at heart, we are going to be best friends! I am a huge outdoors person, and my typical day involves lacing up my hiking boots to hit a new trail, discover a local park, or just take a long, energetic walk around the beautiful PNW. Your pup will get plenty of fresh air, exercise, and exciting new sniffs with me! But I definitely haven't forgotten about the indoor rulers of the house. If you have cats, I am just as happy trading my hiking boots for a cozy afternoon inside, providing all the laser pointer sessions, chin scratches, window-watching, and relaxed companionship your feline friends need. When it comes to house sitting, earning your complete trust is everything to me. I own and operate an independent residential cleaning business, which means my entire livelihood is built on clients trusting me to be alone in their private spaces. I am naturally meticulous, incredibly respectful of your boundaries, and I take immense personal pride in leaving a home exactly as I found it. I am highly conscious of pet safety, naturally favoring eco-friendly and pet-safe products, and I hold a current CPR and First Aid certification. Whether we're out conquering a new trail, cuddling with the cats, or I'm keeping your home perfectly secure while you're away, you can travel with total peace of mind.
