Qi always arrives ahead of feeding time without fail scooped the litter boxes every visit. One of my cats, Mocha, is very shy boy and usually hides when strangers (even my friends) come over. He is SUPER comfortable around her and there are pics of him playing with her when I was out. I came home to clean litter boxes and cats relaxing on the floor, and a sweet note from Qi on the table. She also send pics of every cat and a short paragraph of updates daily; which is exactly the level of communication I expected.
