Are treats allowed, and how many per day? Do they have any allergies, health conditions, or take medication? Are their vaccinations up to date? What is their temperament (e.g., shy, energetic, aggressive)? Do they have triggers like thunderstorms or loud noises? How do they do on a leash? Are they an escape artist? Can they be left alone, and for how long? Are they friendly with other pets, children, people? Who is the vet, where is the nearest emergency animal hospital, and is there an emergency contact person who can make decisions if the owner isn't reachable? For house sitting: Are you expecting anyone to be at or come by your house? Is there any security alarms I should be aware of? What rooms are off-limits?
